In high-level organized play, they are not permitted and their use is not advised; however, everything depends on what the organizer or local store decides.
Everything depends on the complexity of the design. We will always be transparent with the status of your order: the estimated time is 1 to 5 days for production and then 1 to 7 days for shipping.
In principle, for personalization, you can send us any type of illustration, as it will be a private print for you.
